U can give maxtra syrup for cold and cough to ur baby. Also apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
For allergy on body consult with your doctor as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation.. Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
