#asktheexpert he has the constant weight from the last 3 month . his weight is 10.5 kg. what to do for weight gain?

A. weight is good. still start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. The weight of the child has been stagnant so that’s definitely not a good sign because a child should gain a minimum of 3 to 400 g every month so right now if your child is not gaining weight for last three months you definitely should get it checked with theWrite Your Answer Here
