#AskTheExpert he has developed white patches may be bec of swimming..or because of weakness and his nails have white dots . how to take care

For this query ,it will be better to have a detailed clinical assessment as required so you should contact your nearby dceoctor or pediatrician to get physical examination done for the proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given .

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
It May be due to infection or some nutritional deficiency
Give calcium supplements
