Q.

#asktheexpert he doesn’t sleep whole day. He suddenly changed his sleeping patterns it’s been more than a month. Is this normal?

A. Kids have no specific pattern in this age you have to set a schedule for the child so over and over with the kind of schedule you want to make go ahead with that if the child doesn’t like to sleep in the daytime it’s okay if the child is sleeping well at a stretch for 8 to 9 hours in the night that is a sleeping cycle on its own
