White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Procper mousturibsation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. it can due to any vitamin deficiency, In case of the patches patches are due it can even be birth marks it can be fungal infection or worms too then you can use antifungal creams which will work and monitor how it is And if it continues It's good to see your doctor
