Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hellp now since the child as completted one year there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and it is absolutely fine and safe to give fish and also give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet which can help on kids growth
