iron rich foods like dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, meat fish chicken
protein foods like egg, soya, pulses, beans, milk and its products,
good fats flaxseed, nuts especially walnut and almond, pumpkin seeds
good water intake
adequate sleep as much possible with baby
4. avoid stress as it can increase hair fall, meditation helps, be happy (good emotions).
5.use mild hair care products and oil hair before shampoo
6. avoid using Harsh hair treatments and styling

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi maam, good afternoon, make this own herbal hair oil at home it's very effective. I have been using this post delivery and the results are too good. You will need coocnut oil 500ml, two spoons mustard seed, two spoons methi seeds, grated amla one cup, hibsucs leaves few, hibsucs flowers few, small onion 10, now heat coocnut oil and bring to Boil then add all these ingredients and boil again well so the co'or of the oil will change to dark brown to black color then immediately filter the oil and make sure to use it daily or regularly for good results
