Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is quite natural to have hair fall after delivery Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

Take Sunbath daily with head and ears covered in the morning
dont use demineralized water , packaged and processed food and maida items
use watwe having TDS higher than 350 seasonal fruiys and millets .
