hello mam,
hair fall is common problem after delivery.
Generally,it is caused by nutritional deficiencies or hormonal imbalance.
So,to prevent or reduce it,
eat healthy food like green leafy vegetables fruits and nuts which provides essential vitamins and minerals to your body.
keep your body well hydrated.
Apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
Wash your hair twice in a week.
you can use Amla juice or Amla, aritha and shikakai powder to wash your hair,it helps to make your hair healthy.
Make mixture of castor oil (6 tbsp)with essential lavender oil (1 tbsp) , apply it on your hair for 30 minutes and rinse with water .
Make a paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd, apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water,it will definitely help to prevent hair fall.
You can apply Aloe Vera or multani mitti or paste of neem leaves with few drops of lemon juice on your hair ,it helps to make your hair smoothe and shiny.
