#AskTheExpert hai doctor my son is 3nhalf years old ...he is having fever from 3days now he is having swelling in gums not able to eat crying alot

please don't forget to keepher well hydrated
keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
