Hello ma’am If your child has fever you can give paracetamol drops to your child apart from that if the cold hasn’t subsided till now then it could be something big so it would be best to consult your paediatrician only and go for a proper course of antibiotics as that is going to settle down with a proper dosage of antibiotics only
