#AskTheExpert hai doctor i am pregnant for 8 weeks and my thyroid level is 13.08 and i taking medicine 50 mg from 6 weeks onwards. Is there any issues for my baby development because of my hyperthyroidism?

A. if you are having medication daily then there's nothing to worry about take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have sunbath every morning

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
