#AskTheExpert Hai doctor I am 1y 6m old baby boy' s mother. Till his 8 months I maintained my health and diet now I'm getting some health issues like low BP , and lose my weight very much. So doctor please help me to improve my health and balance my weight.

A. it is very important to have positive health take good protein diet which includes all seasonal fruits are very good source of vitamins minerals and antioxidants if losing weight better to consult a doctor

A. Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
