mam , usually Mouthing is normal as at this stage of age babies learn to explore their body parts through touching, smelling or tasting.
but as a child is having oral cavities ,it is better to visit your pediatrician for once.
keep the child's things and surrounding clean using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
