#asktheexpert gudmrng mam my son is suffered by grade 2 adenoid therapy my son age is 4 yr 6 month. Doctor told me to take nasal spray and Montclair tablet for three months but he is suffered by cough and cold last three days he always open mouth while sleeping if he close he can't be sleep.nose get blocked always .almost three months completed

See if the adenoids are going to be more enlarged over the period then ultimately you may have to get a surgery done for the child till the time you can stretch it forward with the medication as you are doing right now do that otherwise last and final option for a permanent leaf is going to be surgery only
