#AskTheExpert goog morning sir my daughter has been six months old now. can I give her cereals in her sixth months

A. yes, but start gradually Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. good morning I would not recommend you to start giving cereal at this point for that you must wait for another one month as of now if you want you can introduce things like Dal ka pani rice water
