Q.

#AskTheExpert goodmorning.. I have 8 month 3 days baby... after my delivery doctor give calcium tablet for one year.... if it's required? what was the benefits? some times I forgot to take my medicine.... can I continue?

A. It’s all right if you forgot taking the medications in between. Usually it is advise that you need to take calcium medications as long as your breastfeed the babies because if there is calcium deficiency the mothers bones will start providing for the calcium in the milkWrite Your Answer Here
