any supplement or health drink shd b given only as per dr recommendation based on special needs
many of these are loaded with sugar additives
give balanced hime meals

Gritzo would be a better choice you can read the ingredients and then you can give it to the child because all the other powders which are available in the market have high content of sugar which is white is not considered healthy yet if you want you can give any of your choice
