#AskTheExpert Good morning sir. Now a days fever takes 3-5 days to settle down. in the meantime the temperature is not decreasing gradually. Sometimes temperature is less than 99. but in the evening or midnight temperature goes up. so in this case should I continue p-250 for ever 6-8 hours or only when temperature goes above. Since some doctors say to give p-250 when temperature is goes up. Some say continue throughout the period till it settled down. Which is correct and good for child's health.
