#asktheexpert good morning sir. My son is having loose motions and vomiting from yesterday. He wasn't eating anything yesterday, only on ORS . Today he feels a little better and feels hungry. what can we give him to eat?

A. dear mum, in case of loose motions, you can give daliya, khichadi, thick soup. for hydration keep feeding ors and can give home made fresh juices and coconut water, buttermilk.
