#AskTheExpert .. good morning sir,,my son age is 1 year 9 months...he islittle bit less in weight. looks lean and his thighs r too lean.but he is too active..I want to know which type of diet I feed him??plz suggest me sir..

A. Hi mom Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development No need to worry Maintain hydration Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take a good care Try to keep head up position while feeding
