#AskTheExpert Good morning sir. My kid is 4.5yrs old. can I give headphones to lisen rhymes and stories limited time like morning 1/2 hr evening 1/2 hr. We will show videos. so I thought to do this. is it okay to give headphones. Thank you

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes you may use. but it can be safe for a child to use headphones, depending on a combination of volume , listening duration,and the size of the ear canal. prolonged listening at high volumes can damage hearing over time.
