Q.

#AskTheExpert good morning sir, my daughter kushita (2yrs old )not eating well...she refused to eat curries, fruits....can U suggest the nutritious food (which should I added to her bowl)for gaining weight.....

A. Kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. hi you should offer fruits . but as your child doesn't like to take it ,you may give it in different form or different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. give nuts ,soya ,milk and milk based products etc more
