#AskTheExpert Good morning Sir, My boy is 8 months old and what fruits will be good for him. feeding is a bottle. No Sign of teeth yet?

give direct breastfeeding and if it is not possible then, give milk using bowl and spoon
third, don't worry about teething,it is normal

first thing, give all seasonal fruits
like apple,mango, banana, papaya, avacado, dates etc
but offer them one by one
so you may check whether your child is comfortable with particular fruit or not
