Dear mother without actually checking nothing can be said it can be just a birthmark or it can be just a natural skin texture so if your child is otherwise fine and is not facing any kind of a health issue there is no need to get panic you can simply give a massage over that area baby it fades away with the growing ageWrite Your Answer Here
