A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all youxei need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. Kids Do fall down a little bit when they learn to walk so don’t worry about it and once they start walking independently also they can fall down a couple of times about it it’s just a part of crude and if your child isn’t eating well at all then you can try giving a different variety to the child
