#AskTheExpert good morning sir I have twin girls babies of 3 years old.. they are using more milk nearly 2.5 liter per day from both ... and they can take food less.. is it cause any problem for babies.. please reply thanks

A. Dear mum, drinking 1.25 litres of milk per day for each of your baby is excess. That is the reason your baby does not have the appetite for food. You should reduce the amount of milk intake. 500 ml of milk every day is enough, along with a balanced diet having variety of food groups.

A. hello yes ypu should limit milk to not more than 500 ml in a day for each child and try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time so the baby will be able to take which is better
