#AskTheExpert , good morning sir. I have an question that my wife has problem of short of breath sometimes, and she be unhealthy like fever.., may you please guide us if we plan for our baby, shall we have to face any kind of problem, and can her body be able to bear it?

It try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables
