advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity accorcding to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will hcelp in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
give her dates syrup with milk, probiotics like curd and butter milk , seasonal fruits
don't over feed or force feed h r
don't use demineralized water, packaged and processed food ,maida items
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
