#AskTheExpert Good morning sir , can u let me know at what age a male child speaks a clear word. my son is now 1.4 and now he is speaking few words that is not clear. I'm curious about his teething also . what should be the correct no of tooth he should be having at this Stage?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello ma'am there is no rule or criteria for having specific number of teeth at this age but yes at around the age of three years normally all the kids have all their 20 milk teeth

upto the age of three they learn to speak words properly (stammerijg may happen)
talk to her maintaining eye contact
don't scold her
tell her stories
reduce her screenyome
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
