#AskTheExpert Good Morning! My daughter is 8 year old and her weight is 19. She is a picky eater. She looks so thin. What can I do to gain her weight

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. It also depends upon the diet the child is taking. So it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given ddifferent flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. You can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. hi parents please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
