#AskTheExpert Good morning mam, My baby is now 1 year 9 months old. I had my regular periods after 1 year also from that I have severe pain in Ovulation time its continues for 3 days and also have white discharge flow than normal. What should I should for this mam?

A. your complaints are mostly related to hormonal imbalance so you just need to have daily walking and meditation which will help regularise your hormonal imbalance to a level and reduce the complaints

Hello ma’am Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance in the body these things are very common so if you are facing too much of problem that time then I would advise you to consult your kind apologist for a check up as after that she can suggest you some medicine which you can take during operating time so that you have an ease during those days
