#asktheexpert good morning mam, i'm the father of my 3 yr 8 month daughter. my daughter was taking food nicely but she wont get weight gain. still now she is under 12.5 kg. what can i do to increase my child weight. please give some suggestions.

A. Namaste Father, Not to worry on that , as some little difference is acceptable, as far as they are active for their age and also eating healthy, Inlcude foods such as dry fruits , nuts , seeds, panner, ghee, milk shakes, dals, chana, lobia etc , soya , eggs , millets etc
