#asktheexpert Good Morning Madam, Please advise if child is crying after a proper feed. and when we give him extra milk then he vomits the same. Please advise to deal with this issue ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. df. vsmall babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
