#AskTheExpert Good Morning Madam, My child is 1 year old. I would like to know what all food should be given and what should not be. Thank You

A. Dear parent, after 1 year, you can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. You can give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products every day. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Avoid commercially available packaged foods.
