#AskTheExpert Good morning ma'am, My tummy so much loose and appear like now also I am nine months pregnant. My baby is near about five months old but still no changes appear.

Did you have a cesarean surgery or a vagina delivery? you have to start working out immediately if you had a vaginal delivery then you can do abdominal and toning exercises also but if you had surgery then do them only after six months of the surgeryWrite Your Answer Here
