#asktheexpert Good Morning Ma'am....My Delivery Date is nearing and I am extremely scared of the process of Enema and Catheterization. It's giving me traumas and I can't sleep at night at the thought of it...Is there anyway I can avoid it in the process of normal delivery?

Enima is not given to everybody if you are comfortable and you are pooping regularly do not have a problem then the doctors are not going to suggest you with enema but for what are you traumatise apart from that that’s not clear to me because taking an enema is normal and if you’re not comfortable with that they can always advise you with a laxative so that’s not a thing
