See currently I’m going to suggest you to apply calamine lotion but if it is on the entire body you may as well take a check up with your doctor is it just simple pimple or some kind of an allergy or infection your child is suffering from because just by knowing and mentioning the issue you have mentioned I really cannot be certain about what maybe the issue but if it is spreading in the entire body it is more sensible to take a check with your doctor regarding that with
