AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. yes. this the right time to start schooling of a three years old child. she need to meet other kids. interact with them. learn new things. start learning new things like holding a pencil,singing a poem. this will help in better growth of the child. you can make her join a playway group
