#AskTheExpert Good morning Dr. what home diet should I give to my baby on daily basis. I only prefer natural diet. Please suggest and guide about baby's physical growth as well as mental.

Check our article on baby’s diet chart or try fit junior program
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate water
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
