Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. if the consistency of the stool isc Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool. also straining while passing urine and stool is normal. AsmaMom of a 1 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. It is normal for babies to go days without pooping...if the baby had hard poop then it's to be worried of. if you still are stressed over your baby not pooping then you can do some baby gas relief exercises that may help.
