#AskTheExpert Good morning Dr. My child is now 1 yr 9 months i just need to ask how many numbers of almonds is good at this age can i give 7 to 8 almonds at this age to her.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. No. You can give upto 4 almonds per day. Along with it u may give other nuts like walnuts, cashew, pista etc., But introduce them one by one to ensure they suit ur baby's stomach. Also make sure the child can chew and eat well without choking hazard.
