Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. No pediatrician recommend up to 6month baby should exclusive kn bresstfeed only.after 6 month you can give semisolids fruit puree veggies etc till then wwait.dont give even water also.breast milk itself complteel all nutritional requiment up to 6 month
