#AskTheExpert Good morning Dr Everyday my 2 yr baby literally cries in the morning when he does his first toilet. Half of the stool comes out with so difficulty and seems very tight and dry. Why is it so Dr?

Hello ma’am It seems like your child is having a severe issue of constipation so I would advise you to start giving prune juice and papaya to your child every single morning and also give a teaspoon of honey to your child with warm water right before the bedtime. And give lots and lots of water to maintain hydration and apart from that give good amount of fruits which are rich in vitamin C and fibre
