#AskTheExpert good morning doctor ..we are bathing our 10 months old son in night at 10 pm daily so that his bedtime routine is set and he can sleep well...but our parents are saying that in night time , we should not be bathing the babies ....so please tell us if we can continue or we should stop this routine...

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. You might find that bath time is a pleasant way to calm baby down before bedtime. If this works for you, it's perfectly OK to make a bath part of your calming nighttime routine at this age.
