#asktheexpert Good morning Doctor..my twin boys are 10 years old..one of them doesn't like milk at all so I add Complan Kesar-Badam mix and the other one has bournvita..both of them have milk twice.. They both are putting on weight, what should I do?

please avoid these
milk can be given in the form of curds or paneer
or give soya milk thats also fine
or milkshakes can be given

it is ok
if kids feel comfortable with this,you may continue
or you may try other Healthy options like dates milk, elaychi milk, milk with dry fruits powder, milk with honey etc
