Hi doctor, good morning I have twin boys. who are 4month old but I was lactating so much to feed them scine start. And when 3rd month starts I stop lactating. what should I do to feed them my milk

A. Hello mom you mean to say your milk production has reduced or stopped ? At times it happens naturally, also you may use some medicines or supplements to enhance the milk production , it may work or it may not as well, then you may opt for formula milk. Food that help to enhance the milk production would be garlic , oats , flax seeds. Fenugreek and drumstick leaves, milk, dry fruits , panjiri, jeera or ajwain or saunf water.
