#AskTheExpert good morning doctor my daughter is suffering from fever 100.4 since last three days.. we are giving p250 but fever is coming every six hers.. her hands and feet stay cold while whole body is warm when fever is coming.. she had a uti episode two yrs back.. we have done a sonography and urine culture and routine.. sonography is normal.. routine say ketones ++ we are very tensed what should we do

A. Temperature more than 99 is considered as fever . Digital thermometer can be used at armpit for checking for same . If fever is there paracetamol can be used 8 hourly for fever . If it remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
