A. The baby will lose 10% of the body weight in the first 15 days and there after will start gaining around 25 to 30 g per day so the baby seems to be doing fine and the mother should take high-protein diet as it will improve both quality and quantity of the milk productionWrite Your Answer Here

A. hello yes it is normal .. babies birth weight reduces and then baby starts to gain and of the baby is gaining a minimum of 150 GM's to 200 gms then it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry and also you can express your milk using Babyhug breastpump to make sure baby is getting sufficient breast milk
