#AskTheExpert Good morning Doctor, My baby Girl of 5 months age. Throughout all day her body was warm even in a/c room also. Is it normal or need to consult doctor

A. there is no problem in using air conditioner for children as well as newborns but the air current should be slightly away . you can keep the temperature at around 28 degree celsius to 3x0 degree celsius. one way to know whether the child is feeling cold or not would be by touching the palms soles and ears of the child and if they are warm the child is warm and comfortable and if they are cold the child is feeling cold.

A. good morning in such a situation you must immediately check the temperature of the body with the help of a thermometer if it is 100 or more you need to show to the doctor otherwise it is fine
